To all bodybuilding & fitness fans and enthusiasts around the world,Considering that cyberspace is the current and future information superhighway, it is my pleasure to welcome you to the website illustrating the activities, decisions and planning corresponding to the Central American & Caribbean Vice-president's Office of the International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness.
From our humble beginnings, with only 7 countries and less than 20 athletes in 1973, we have built a multicultural, multiethnic and multilingual international sports organization with thousands of competitors in 38 nations and territories.
Dr. Ben Weider (1923-2008) worldwide vision, sheer determination and compelling beliefs were instrumental in providing continuous inspiration for our efforts. As IFBB Founder, Dr. Weider spirit will continue to motivate our endeavors to assist future generations of athletes, trainers and officials in our sub-continental area.
The contemporary IFBB International President, Dr. Rafael Santonja, is a dynamic and tenacious leader. His management style has propelled the IFBB to a higher summit of achievements. It has been, and still is, a distinguish honor and pleasure to serve as Member of the IFBB Anti-Doping Commission, Ad-hoc Disciplinary Commission and to be categorized as one of Dr. Santonja's personal friends.
I would like to express immense gratitude to my staff members, Christine Williams (Sint Maarten, N.A.), Claudia Sazo (Guatemala) and Neila Murray (Trinidad & Tobago), for their continuous assistance and support.
Finally, the Central and Caribbean Bodybuilding & Fitness Federation (CACBBFF) became in 2009 the oldest continental institution recognized by the IFBB. With a rich and diverse history of accomplishment by competitors and administrators, I would like to extend my congratulations to all executive members, officials and athletes for their contributions and services.

A todos los fanaticos y entusiastas del Fisicoculturismo y Fitness alrededor del mundo,
Considerando que el espacio sideral es la actual y futura super-carretera para el intercambio de informacion, me complace ofrecerles la mas cordial bienvenida al portal electronico ilustrando las actividades, decisiones y planificacion correspondiendo a la Dependencia del Vice Presidente Centroamericano y del Caribe de la Federacion Internacional de Fisicoculturismo y Fitness.
Desde nuestros humildes comienzos, con solamente 7 paises y menos de 20 atletas en 1973, hemos construido una multicultural, multietnica y multilinguista organizacion deportiva internacional con miles de competidores en 38 naciones y territorios.
La vision mundialista, absoluta determinacion y convincentes creencias del Dr. Ben Weider (1923-2008) fueron instrumentales como proveedores de continuada inspiracion hacia nuestros esfuerzos. Como Fundador de la IFBB, el espiritu del Dr. Weider continuara motivando nuestras acciones para asistir a futuras generaciones de atletas, entrenadores y oficiales en nuestra region sub-continental.
El actual Presidente Internacional de la IFBB, Dr. Rafael Santonja, es un dinamico y tenaz lider. Su estilo administrativo ha propulsado a la IFBB hacia una mas elevada cumbre de exitos. Ha sido, y todavia es, un placer y distinguido honor dedicar mi servicio como Miembro de la Comision Anti-Dopaje de la IFBB, de la Comision Disciplinaria para Proposito Especifico y ser categorizado, entre muchos; como su amigo personal.
Deseo expresar inmensa gratitud a mi personal administrativo, Christine Williams (San Martin, A.H.), Claudia Sazo (Guatemala) y Neila Murray (Trinidad y Tobago), por su continuada asistencia y apoyo.
Finalmente, la Federacion Centroamericana y del Caribe de Fisicoculturismo y Fitness se convirtio en el 2009 en la mas antigua institucion continental reconocida por la IFBB. Con una afluente y diversa historia de logros por competidores y administradores, deseo extender mis felicitaciones a todos los miembros ejecutivos, oficiales y atletas por sus contribuciones y servicios.
